Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.

Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance.

Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (BBA/MBA in HR) or similar discipline.

Experience: 1-2 year of experience in HR (Recruitment Discipline)
