Key Responsibilities

- Process Adherence: Follow company protocols and workflows while adhering to customer service standards and compliance requirements.
- Record Maintenance: Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Feedback: Provide customer insights and feedback to improve client offerings and enhance the customer experience.
