Customer Service Representative

You will be the voice of our clients’ brands, providing tailored solutions and ensuring a positive experience for every customer. You'll address inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain the highest standards of service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via phone, email, live chat, or social media to address queries, provide information, and resolve complaints.
Problem-Solving: Identify customer concerns, provide solutions, and ensure the issue is resolved to their satisfaction. Escalate complex cases as needed.
Product/Service Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the client’s products and services to deliver accurate and relevant information.
Process Adherence: Follow company protocols and workflows while adhering to customer service standards and compliance requirements.
Record Maintenance: Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Feedback: Provide customer insights and feedback to improve client offerings and enhance the customer experience.
