S&R Enterprise is seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales Manager to fuel our expansion in the Azam market, focusing on our core product: tea. This position is a pivotal role within our startup, where the Sales Manager will lead a team of six individuals to maximize sales and cultivate relationships in a competitive environment. The Sales Manager will work closely with the founder to define sales strategies, set performance goals, and establish a robust presence in a market that encompasses approximately 30,000 shops, each averaging between three to five employees. Your leadership will play a crucial role in not only meeting sales objectives but also in fostering an engaged and knowledgeable sales team capable of delivering exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in customer relationship management, effective negotiation techniques, and team leadership skills.
Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales team by assigning specific sales territories, delivering onboarding training to new employees, and ensuring accurate management of necessary paperwork.
  • Set clear and achievable sales targets and performance goals, while identifying and prioritizing key initiatives to enhance sales performance.
  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies aimed at expanding the customer base and reinforcing our presence within the tea market, with guidance from the founder.
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve their sales techniques, deepen their product knowledge, and enhance overall performance within the team.
  • Continuously monitor the team's activities and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness in achieving sales goals and objectives.
  • Address and resolve customer escalations promptly, ensuring that client satisfaction is maintained at the highest level.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team, encouraging knowledge sharing and professional growth.
