This position is a pivotal role within our startup, where the Sales Manager will lead a team of six individuals to maximize sales and cultivate relationships in a competitive environment. The Sales Manager will work closely with the founder to define sales strategies, set performance goals, and establish a robust presence in a market that encompasses approximately 30,000 shops, each averaging between three to five employees.
