KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the completion of web design, funnel, and automation projects from inception to finish.
- Coordinate with internal teams, ensuring project milestones are met and clients are satisfied.
- Use a hands-on approach with the various software tools utilized by our team.
- Implement efficient project management strategies to optimize team workflows.
- Facilitate communication between clients and our team, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Prepare detailed project reports, timelines, and forecasts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong preference for 8 years or more.
- Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with funnel marketing and related software such as ClickFunnels / GoHighLevel / Kajabi / ActiveCampaign / Elementor (Wordpress) / Keap (Infusionsoft) / Shopify / Zapier, etc.
- Knowledge of Facebook and Google Ads is a big plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping each on track and on time.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
