KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee the completion of web design, funnel, and automation projects from inception to finish.
Coordinate with internal teams, ensuring project milestones are met and clients are satisfied.
Use a hands-on approach with the various software tools utilized by our team.
Implement efficient project management strategies to optimize team workflows.
Facilitate communication between clients and our team, acting as the primary point of contact.
Prepare detailed project reports, timelines, and forecasts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong preference for 8 years or more.
Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with funnel marketing and related software such as ClickFunnels / GoHighLevel / Kajabi / ActiveCampaign / Elementor (Wordpress) / Keap (Infusionsoft) / Shopify / Zapier, etc.
Knowledge of Facebook and Google Ads is a big plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping each on track and on time.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
