Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for the real estate market.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about services.
  • Generate and qualify leads through effective communication.
  • Maintain customer records and updated CRM systems.
  • Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and lead conversions.

Requirements:

  • Education: O-Level, A-Level, or Graduation.
  • Minimum 1 year of call center experience, preferably in real estate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customer objections and close deals effectively.
  • Fluency in English

Salary:  30k to 35k

Working Hours: 11:00am to 9:00pm
