- Retired military personnel; Col/Lt. Col and equivalent with experience particularly in IT and/or Telecom domains
- Masters’ or Bachelors’ degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunication, Operations Management or related technical field required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others.
- Ability to intelligently understand and handle pressures, conflicting situations, stakeholders’ preferences
- Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising teams.
- Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.
