Retired military personnel; Col/Lt. Col and equivalent with experience particularly in IT and/or Telecom domains
Masters’ or Bachelors’ degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunication, Operations Management or related technical field required.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others.
Ability to intelligently understand and handle pressures, conflicting situations, stakeholders’ preferences
Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising teams.
Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.
Experience defining program requirements and using data to determine improvements.
