Marketing Manager

The person selected for this position will be responsible for achieving revenue goals by developing and executing sales and marketing plans, in-person sales meetings and networking, marketing the entire restaurants chain and functioning as a public relations spokesperson to promote the restaurant chain locally.

The successful candidates will be responsible for the following:

Setting business development and strategy for the restaurant chain
Extensive analysis covering all sales aspects of sales and preparing the marketing plan in line with the brand vision and objectives
Setting up overall business strategy development, communication strategy, budget, calendar, events calendar, digital media, social media, and promotional activities with local media and media agencies
Manage and update of restaurant’s content on the website
Manage an events schedule to maximize yield and ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events
Attend events, as required, to build relationships with a network of potential customers and develop possible business opportunities.
Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads
Receive and convert incoming inquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue
