The person selected for this position will be responsible for achieving revenue goals by developing and executing sales and marketing plans, in-person sales meetings and networking, marketing the entire restaurants chain and functioning as a public relations spokesperson to promote the restaurant chain locally.
The successful candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Setting business development and strategy for the restaurant chain
- Extensive analysis covering all sales aspects of sales and preparing the marketing plan in line with the brand vision and objectives
- Setting up overall business strategy development, communication strategy, budget, calendar, events calendar, digital media, social media, and promotional activities with local media and media agencies
- Manage and update of restaurant’s content on the website
- Manage an events schedule to maximize yield and ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events
- Attend events, as required, to build relationships with a network of potential customers and develop possible business opportunities.
- Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads
- Receive and convert incoming inquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue
