  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.                                                         

What We're Looking For: 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centered approach. 
  • Experience in customer service, retail, or e-commerce is a plus. 
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
