We are looking for a skilled Fabrication Foreman with extensive experience in the fabrication and erection of steel structures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, managing a team of laborers and foremen, and ensuring project milestones are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the fabrication and erection of steel structures on-site.
- Manage and coordinate a team of laborers and foremen to ensure efficient workflow.
- Prepare and maintain detailed progress reports.
- Obtain necessary approvals from clients and consultants.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively to read, write, and understand shop floor reports in English.
Qualifications:
- Preferably SSLC / ITI with working knowledge of English.
- Extensive experience in the construction sector, specifically in steel structure fabrication.
- Proven experience in production and erection processes.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Ability to prepare and present progress reports.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
