We are looking for a skilled Fabrication Foreman with extensive experience in the fabrication and erection of steel structures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, managing a team of laborers and foremen, and ensuring project milestones are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the fabrication and erection of steel structures on-site.
Manage and coordinate a team of laborers and foremen to ensure efficient workflow.
Prepare and maintain detailed progress reports.
Obtain necessary approvals from clients and consultants.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Communicate effectively to read, write, and understand shop floor reports in English.

Qualifications:

Preferably SSLC / ITI with working knowledge of English.
Extensive experience in the construction sector, specifically in steel structure fabrication.
Proven experience in production and erection processes.
Strong team management and leadership skills.
Ability to prepare and present progress reports.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
