The incumbent would be responsible for managing the record archival warehouses.
The responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Experienced in managing a large archival warehouse preferably of a bank.
- Arranging, describing maintenance/updating of inventory database of records held at the warehouses.
- Responsible for the archival, retrieval and coordinating scheduling of records disposition as per record retention policy.
- Ensure that all procedures/activities performed at the warehouses must be according to the record retention policy.
- Responsible for strong follow ups on records retrieved by the stakeholders.
- Responsible for maintaining standard warehouse set up, including all necessary security measures, health & safety procedure.
- Maintain basic repair and preventive preservation for paper records.
- Proper marking & tagging of the archived cartons.
- Maintaining of MIS of all records being retrieved by the stakeholders.
