The incumbent would be responsible for managing the record archival warehouses.

The responsibilities include but not limited to:

Experienced in managing a large archival warehouse preferably of a bank.
Arranging, describing maintenance/updating of inventory database of records held at the warehouses.
Responsible for the archival, retrieval and coordinating scheduling of records disposition as per record retention policy.
Ensure that all procedures/activities performed at the warehouses must be according to the record retention policy.
Responsible for strong follow ups on records retrieved by the stakeholders.
Responsible for maintaining standard warehouse set up, including all necessary security measures, health & safety procedure.
Maintain basic repair and preventive preservation for paper records.
Proper marking & tagging of the archived cartons.
Maintaining of MIS of all records being retrieved by the stakeholders.
