Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure product consistency and safety.
- Oversee and conduct regular product inspections, sampling, and testing to maintain quality standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and address quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed.
- Stay informed about relevant industry regulations, ensuring the company's compliance with local and national quality and safety standards.
- Manage and maintain records of quality control and regulatory compliance.
- Work closely with the Production department to address quality issues in real-time, ensuring the production process adheres to quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Store department to monitor and maintain the quality of raw materials, packaging materials, and technical parts.
- Collaborate with Sales, Warehouses, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to address quality concerns related to finished goods, distribution, and customer feedback.
- Create and maintain quality control documentation, reports, and data to track and analyze quality performance.
- Provide regular reports to management and suggest improvements based on data analysis.
- Train quality control staff and other relevant personnel on quality control and assurance best practices.
- Keep the team updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in quality control.
