Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure product consistency and safety.
Oversee and conduct regular product inspections, sampling, and testing to maintain quality standards.
Collaborate with production teams to identify and address quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed.
Stay informed about relevant industry regulations, ensuring the company's compliance with local and national quality and safety standards.
Manage and maintain records of quality control and regulatory compliance.
Work closely with the Production department to address quality issues in real-time, ensuring the production process adheres to quality standards.
Coordinate with the Store department to monitor and maintain the quality of raw materials, packaging materials, and technical parts.
Collaborate with Sales, Warehouses, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to address quality concerns related to finished goods, distribution, and customer feedback.
Create and maintain quality control documentation, reports, and data to track and analyze quality performance.
Provide regular reports to management and suggest improvements based on data analysis.
Train quality control staff and other relevant personnel on quality control and assurance best practices.
Keep the team updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in quality control.
