Feasibility, machines and manpower Planning. Monitor and assist production to improve plan vs actual.
Deliver trainings, develop training modules, training feedback and improvement mechanism.
Implement RCA, CAP, Kaizen and Lean tools on floor.
Process Standardization, Headcount Rationalization & Skill Development.
