Key Responsibilities and Duties

Monitor product engineering and costing. Implement process automation.
Oversee plant capacities, efficiencies and piece rate development.
Feasibility, machines and manpower Planning. Monitor and assist production to improve plan vs actual.
Deliver trainings, develop training modules, training feedback and improvement mechanism.
