What You’ll Be Doing:

Coordinating between different teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
Handling and following up on patient queries with professionalism
Keeping track of ongoing requests and ensuring they are resolved on time
Communicating effectively via email, chat, and calls
Ensuring smooth workflow between medical and support teams

What We’re Looking For:
