What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coordinating between different teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Handling and following up on patient queries with professionalism
- Keeping track of ongoing requests and ensuring they are resolved on time
- Communicating effectively via email, chat, and calls
- Ensuring smooth workflow between medical and support teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in English – You should be confident in speaking and writing
- Great communication & soft skills – You can handle conversations professionally
- Tech-savvy – If you love using software, spreadsheets, and modern tools, you're our favorite!
- Organized & proactive – You don’t wait for things to happen; you make them happen
- Night owl – This is a night shift role (9 PM - 5 AM EST)
