Job Responsibilities:
Experience regarding real estate/construction preferred.
- Recovery for already sold units (plots & homes)
- Sale of unsold inventory
- Community / Residents and other customers Management
- Maintenance of the project
- Security management (securing the assets of the company in full)
- Government Relation Management (PDA, TMA, Revenue dept etc)
- Project record/documentation management
- Reporting as and when required
- Dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Supervision of development works
- Compliance and Documentation
- Must command on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email communications, etc.
- Familiar with ERP Software.
