Job Responsibilities:

Experience regarding real estate/construction preferred.

Recovery for already sold units (plots & homes)
Sale of unsold inventory
Community / Residents and other customers Management
Maintenance of the project
Security management (securing the assets of the company in full)
Government Relation Management (PDA, TMA, Revenue dept etc)
Project record/documentation management
Reporting as and when required
Dealing with internal and external stakeholders
Supervision of development works
Compliance and Documentation
Must command on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email communications, etc.
Familiar with ERP Software.
