We are looking for an Assistant Manager - MIS and be a key player in optimizing our operational processes!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and implement efficient scheduling strategies to optimize resources.
  • Perform headcount forecasting and resource planning to ensure smooth operations.
  • Drive resource optimization initiatives to maximize productivity.
  • Conduct detailed audits and present actionable insights to management.
  • Utilize advanced Excel and other tools to analyze, interpret, and present data effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in MIS, resource planning, or related fields.

Skills:

  • Expertise in scheduling and headcount management.
  • Strong resource optimization and planning capabilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (essential).
  • Exceptional auditing and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Optional Value-Added:

  • Certifications in MIS or resource management are a plus!
