Recruitment and Onboarding
- Assist in talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and provide resolution guidance.
- Support the implementation of performance appraisal processes.
- Assist managers and employees in setting performance goals and monitoring progress.
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Organize and track participation in training sessions.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in the creation and updating of HR policies and procedures.
- Support payroll processes and manage employee benefits administration.
- Handle inquiries related to salary, benefits, and leave policies.
- Prepare HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and recruitment metrics.
- Maintain and update HR databases and personnel records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR-related initiatives.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
