Qualifications and Requirements:

 

  • No minimum educational qualification required, but preference given to candidates with a graduation degree.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
  2. Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Provide product information, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to address complex customer issues.
  6. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  7. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further investigation.
  8. Assist in the development and improvement of customer support processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Graduation degree.
  2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  3. Fluent in English.
