Front Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Front Sales Executive to close inbound leads from platforms such as Bark, PPC (Pay-Per-Click), SMM (Social Media Marketing), and other lead generation sources. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and convert them into paying clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact and follow up with inbound leads from Bark, PPC campaigns, SMM, and other lead sources.
Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their requirements.
Present and pitch our products/services effectively to convert leads into sales.
Overcome objections and negotiate pricing to close deals successfully.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and customer details.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales closing (preferably with leads from Bark, PPC, SMM, or similar platforms).
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
Prior experience in [industry, e.g., digital marketing, IT services, etc.] is an advantage.
