We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Front Sales Executive to close inbound leads from platforms such as Bark, PPC (Pay-Per-Click), SMM (Social Media Marketing), and other lead generation sources. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and convert them into paying clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact and follow up with inbound leads from Bark, PPC campaigns, SMM, and other lead sources.
  • Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their requirements.
  • Present and pitch our products/services effectively to convert leads into sales.
  • Overcome objections and negotiate pricing to close deals successfully.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and customer details.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales closing (preferably with leads from Bark, PPC, SMM, or similar platforms).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Prior experience in [industry, e.g., digital marketing, IT services, etc.] is an advantage.
