Sales Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Manage the sales pipeline and track sales activities using CRM software.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify potential business opportunities.

Operations Responsibilities:

Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of sales and operations activities.
Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of products.
Prepare and analyze sales reports, operational performance metrics, and forecasts.
Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
