Sales Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Operations Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of sales and operations activities.
- Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, operational performance metrics, and forecasts.
- Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
