As a receptionist (Female) , you will be the first point of contact for our organization, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your role is crucial in creating a positive first impression for visitors and callers.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors warmly and ensure they are properly signed in.
  • Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Manage the reception area, keeping it clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, ensuring they reach the intended recipients promptly.
  • Maintain appointment calendars and assist in scheduling meetings and appointments as needed.
  • Provide basic information to visitors and callers about the organization and its services.
  • Assist in various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and photocopying.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to security procedures.
  • Handle inquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders professionally and efficiently.
