16 years of progressive field based programmatic experience in working with communities, government authorities, development agencies and bi-lateral donors in humanitarian assistance and social development sector in thematic areas of health, polio, TB control program, Education, livelihoods, food security, WASH, community development, human rights, GBV, protection issues, formal and non-formal education, health, advocacy and capacity building. Advance knowledge of program management, project design, logical framework, fundraising, grass root implementation, monitoring evaluation, program reporting and operating under insecure working environment.
