Production Team Lead
Was promoted to team lead within the first year of my job. Additional responsibilites included:
Managing other co-ordinators
Co-ordinating with other departments HODs to come with SOPs and policies
Directly meetings with the CEO to report progress and remove any hurdles to incresae production.
Hiring and training of new employees.
Co-ordinating with the team bsed in UK to resolve issues on day to day basis.
Production Coordinator
Viral Webbs is an outsourced sub-sidery of a famous UK based book publishing house. As a production co-ordinator my responsibilites included, communcation with the clients based all over the world through professional email communication. Priortisiing the work of each client and getting it completed through co-ordination with the other department.
Supervisor
My role there included running day to day task through my team. Dealing with major customer queries and resolving them. Hiring and training of any new employee was also done by me.
Some noteable acheivements include:
Brought the revenue of the franchise up by almost 60% in 4 years.
Reduced operations cost by 44%
Increased the franchsie ranking to 1st in the region.
Kept the KPI at 95% from 75%.
Increased the footsteps from 50/day to 120/day.Â
