Viral Webbs is an outsourced sub-sidery of a famous UK based book publishing house. As a production co-ordinator my responsibilites included, communcation with the clients based all over the world through professional email communication. Priortisiing the work of each client and getting it completed through co-ordination with the other department.
My role there included running day to day task through my team. Dealing with major customer queries and resolving them. Hiring and training of any new employee was also done by me.

Increased the franchsie ranking to 1st in the region.
Kept the KPI at 95% from 75%.
