I have done an internship at ARY News as Support Executive in Ehsaas Trust and KGNWT department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Taking calls of donors from Europe , Middle East and Pakistan.
• Taking donor’s donations on phone and filling and submittig the online form of donor’s basic and donation information.
• Giving awareness to donors about different projects and payment processes and details like bank account number and online donation option.
• After donation asking donors about their payment details for confirmation.
• Taking donor’s complains and forwarding to the management.

Taking calls from customers and placing their orders on call.
Scheduling and informing clients for their meetings.
Taking customers feedback and put forward their complaints.
Managing database of customers personal information, purchases and issuing them bill slip.

I was working in Telemart which was a very reputed online shopping store and there I was working as a data enterer. I made my full efforts to do best of mine on there and proved myself a better employee for them.
