I have done an internship at ARY News as Support Executive in Ehsaas Trust and KGNWT department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Taking calls of donors from Europe , Middle East and Pakistan.
• Taking donor’s donations on phone and filling and submittig the online form of donor’s basic and donation information.
• Giving awareness to donors about different projects and payment processes and details like bank account number and online donation option.
• After donation asking donors about their payment details for confirmation.
• Taking donor’s complains and forwarding to the management.
