Responsibilities: Procurement & Central Store.
Procurement:
On the bases of monthly MRP prepare purchase order SAP, sent to vendor/supplier, after receiving goods and check along with DC
Maintain vendor/Supplier record through SEF, VSP, VFF. Lead time, Quality. Quotations, Negotiable.
After complete PO send to Finance Department.
Central Store:
Inspect incoming material/ parts as per AQL and Check by CF, if found rejection, issue QFB
Inventory control, through Update Bin cards, inventory audit on weekly bases.
Handle Store Loaders and drivers, maintain OT and fuel consumption.
PDR issued for daily issuance to production floor and follow N-1 (JMS) from SAP
STN to production for verification and for record
5S activity on daily bases
