• Plan warehouse activities to utilize the employees, equipment and material within the required quality standards in an optimum manner.
• Review daily load plan and mobilize resources for timely market dispatches
• Plan logistics, with the coordination of seniors, at 90% VFR for all channels except HFS.
• Train new staff about company guidelines and procedures.
• Investigate and verify manufacturing damages, shortages, excess in system. Post differences after approval of BM/RM.
• Ensure timely replacement and posting of trade handling damages, after ensuring NRA SOP compliance.
• Train and develop warehouse staff on minimizing incidences of warehouse handling damages.
• Channel wise cost analysis optimization by utilizing dedicated vehicles for SD/USC/CSD shipments where possible for to reduce F&F cost/ extra hiring.
• Visually inspect W/H on random basis and highlight issues to seniors pertaining to cleanliness, pest control, etc. for immediate action.
• Maintain Insect-O-Cutors for prevention of infestation.
• Make sure W/H should be completely sealed and only authorized designations entrance is allowed.
• Conduct daily physical count and reconcile the stocks to ensure 100% IRA and highlight if there are any outages on time
• Manage all receiving and shipments are being done in adherence of SOP’s.
• Timely manage containers loading and off-loading for HFS, WS, MR and Sub-D as per company standards
• Prepare report of non-saleable / damage stock for the process of incineration.

• Working as a supportive regarding IT related matters in Lahore Region.
• Maintain local area network connection and computer hardware & software fundamental.
• Maintain Internet connection stability and cable networking all over the branch.
• Maintenance company IT assets and keep record.
• Sync the data from HHT.
• SFO, SAP and other utilities software installation.
• Generate ALL KINDS of sale reports from SAP and manually.
• Provide daily sale report of every kind to each person.
• Files Record Management.
