During the my professional career of 20 years, I implemented enormous no of the projects, and worked on the different multiples senior positions with diversified interventions, as well as reproductive health, family planning, promotion of the education in the rural peripheral areas of the rural Sindh, micro credit program for the upscaling of the livelihood options, social empowerment services through the formation of self-help groups, and formation of the community based local support organizations, women empowerment through the formation of women support organizations, social protection through the intervention of Health and Nutrition conditional cash transfer to the lactating women and infants children, Child protection in the emergencies, through the protective learning and community education services, and communication for the development CFD, women protection through the campaign of end violence against women and gender sensitization session, protection of the minorities rights through the formation of minorities right cell, formation of the lawyers committees for the provision of justice to the vulnerable people, formation of community resilience committees in the disaster prone areas, through the community based disaster risk management committees, and emergency response through the providing of food and nonfood items to the flood affected communities, and constructions of the shelter , provided WASH facilities, food security through the provision of cash for work activities, and construction of the small dams, in the waster scared areas of the rural Sindh, and in addition to provided compensation to the displaced persons for the restoration of the livelihood who are affected by the construction of the KBRT-Redline Project. Promoting and Protecting Minorities Rights in Southern Sindh (PPMRSS) District Mirpur Khas. 1. Coordination of project activities (15%)

o Identification of CBOs/ VOs from target Districts.
o Technical support provision during trainings of selected CBOs/ VOs
o Critical path analysis for project implementation and interventions to address any deviations.
o Commissioning common training & capacity building support for partner field staff, community level awareness and other project stakeholders, notably in the fields of:

 facilitation skills
 organisational development
 advocacy strategies and techniques.

5. Project Monitoring & Evaluation (30%)
o Supporting project partners on project monitoring.
o Receiving and reviewing NGO and Communes partner progress reports.
o Field monitoring to verify project activities and discuss emerging issues and problems with stakeholders in the field.
o Input on the analysis of project evaluation.

6. Coordination of Project Reporting Processes (10%)
o Production of Monthly/ Quarterly Progressive and Consolidated Reports for internal consumption and to meet donor reporting requirements.
o Delivering feedback (through appropriate formats and forums) to other project stakeholders.

7. Other (5%)
