¨ Responsible to keep control of stocks issuance for office stationery, kitchen, toiletries and General items and ensure the measures to stop wastage of these commodities.
¨ Manage petty cash administrative purchases (guest serving and emergencies only) and maintain record.
¨ Responsible to perform regular maintenance of generators, solar system, furniture, fixtures, equipment, electrical appliances, and building etc.
¨ Handle solar system operation and maintenance, timely repairs, batteries replacements and manage records (machinery repair and maintenance log book).
¨ Make sure that all administrative check lists of cleanliness fixed are timely filled by concerned staff and checked / signed by him.
¨ Responsible for managing new construction, civil repair works as required time to time.
¨ Overall supervision of security affairs of company and its related facilities by developing and reviewing appropriate security, evacuation and contingency plans.
¨ Ensuring that all security management plans are relevant and constantly updated as appropriate and that all staff knows their roles and responsibilities.
¨ Daily Check Cameras and personally monitor all the sensitive areas for any unusual activity or staff presence or alertness. Strictly monitor the presence of un-authorized people within the premises and take strict actions on any such incident.
¨ Daily perform a complete round of Foundation premises and check security system administration and resolve any issues on immediate basis.
¨ Introducing and implementing comprehensive procedures and systems for identification, physical screening and documentation prior to all gate in and outs.
¨ Ensure that everyone who enters in the foundation is well treated by guard / gate staff, the employees put on their attendance and visitors are issued visitor cards and vice versa.
¨ Ensure checking of staff when they leave from foundation premises through security guards.
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
