Responsibility

  • Responsible for the daily management of the team to ensure the efficient operation of the team
  • Responsible for putting forward optimization suggestions according to the specific work situation
  • Responsible for communicating with superiors, proposing work optimization plan, and executing optimization plan perfectly
  • Report to the leader on a daily and weekly basis, and clearly report the current team's operation, problems faced, and proposed solutions
  • Be responsible for resolving other requests from leaders

Requirements:

  • Can speak English and Bengali
  • Bachelor degree or above
  • 3 years experience in call center management, management team size not less than 20 people
  • At least 5 years working experience in call center
  • Positive communication, active Suggestions and feedback to superior leadership
  • Must have good learning ability
