We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfactory resolution.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Previous customer service experience (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
