We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Support. In this role, you will interact with customers through various digital channels especially emails to provide timely and accurate assistance, resolve inquiries, and ensure a seamless customer experience. You will be responding to customers, identifying customer issues, providing solutions, conversing in a polite and professional manner, and performing data entry.

Responsibilities:

  1. Chat Support: Engage with customers via emails in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Customer Assistance: Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and efficiently.
  3. Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  4. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to offer comprehensive support and guidance to customers.
  5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for reference purposes and quality assurance.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in email communications.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Adaptability to address customer complaints and prompt respond
