We are looking for a meticulous and experienced QC Engineer/Supervisor/Inspector to ensure our manufacturing processes and products meet all quality standards and customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, extensive shop floor QC experience, and proficiency with ASME and API standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and conduct quality control inspections on the shop floor.
Perform visual, dimensional, and non-destructive testing (NDT).
Compile detailed quality control reports and maintain QC dossiers.
Ensure compliance with ASME and API standards in all processes.
Collaborate with production teams to address and rectify quality issues.
Utilize MS Office tools to create reports, track data, and communicate findings.
Maintain and update quality documentation and records.
Train and supervise QC team members.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 3 years of related QC experience.
Proficiency in MS Office and MS Outlook.
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with ASME and API standards.
Extensive shop floor QC experience is essential.
Strong experience in visual, dimensional, and NDT inspections.
Demonstrated ability to compile and manage QC dossiers.
ANST Level II certification for NDT is required.
