We are looking for a meticulous and experienced QC Engineer/Supervisor/Inspector to ensure our manufacturing processes and products meet all quality standards and customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, extensive shop floor QC experience, and proficiency with ASME and API standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and conduct quality control inspections on the shop floor.
- Perform visual, dimensional, and non-destructive testing (NDT).
- Compile detailed quality control reports and maintain QC dossiers.
- Ensure compliance with ASME and API standards in all processes.
- Collaborate with production teams to address and rectify quality issues.
- Utilize MS Office tools to create reports, track data, and communicate findings.
- Maintain and update quality documentation and records.
- Train and supervise QC team members.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of related QC experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Outlook.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with ASME and API standards.
- Extensive shop floor QC experience is essential.
- Strong experience in visual, dimensional, and NDT inspections.
- Demonstrated ability to compile and manage QC dossiers.
- ANST Level II certification for NDT is required.
