Main function of the job:

Processing timely/accurate payroll for approx. 1000 plus employees
Timely collection of payroll submissions from Team Managers on a monthly/4 weekly basis
Other ad hoc duties that may be reasonably required.

Main duties:

Collection of monthly/4 weekly payroll submission from various sites
Processing monthly/4 weekly payroll for approx. 1100 employees
Running payrolls within the Payroll Team for multi-site/company group
Maintain systems, processes and controls within payroll to comply with GDPR regulations
Gross to Net pay calculations including Pension, SSP, SMP, SPP, Student Loans etc.
Submission to HMRC for statutory e-submissions and filing
Processing of expense claims
Liaise with HMRC, software and pension providers, when necessary to resolve issues.
Submission of Year-End processes such as P60’s
Communicate and liaise with Team Managers and employees to resolve payroll queries
Month end reports
