Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide top-notch assistance to our customers via phone, email, and chat. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and solve customer problems, demonstrating empathy and patience.
- Order Processing: Handle order placements, modifications, and tracking with precision.
- Feedback Handling: Gather and relay customer feedback to the appropriate teams for product and service improvement.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience/understanding in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Requirements:
Location: Must be able to commute daily to our Bahria Town Phase 7 office.
Education: Minimum of a bachelor's degree in any field.
You must be able to bring your own laptop to the office daily.
