Are you a dedicated and customer-focused individual looking for an exciting opportunity to join our team? At Growth Rise Solutions, we are seeking a passionate Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the front-line voice of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Provide top-notch assistance to our customers via phone, email, and chat. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
Problem-Solving: Identify and solve customer problems, demonstrating empathy and patience.
Order Processing: Handle order placements, modifications, and tracking with precision.
Feedback Handling: Gather and relay customer feedback to the appropriate teams for product and service improvement.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications:

Proven experience/understanding in customer service or a related field.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Requirements:

Location: Must be able to commute daily to our Bahria Town Phase 7 office.

Education: Minimum of a bachelor's degree in any field.

You must be able to bring your own laptop to the office daily.
